Job Description

GENERAL/ INDOOR CLEANER:
•Sweeping and mopping of lobbies, and common corridor areas. 
•Cleaning of lift interior and exterior.
•Sweeping of stairway, cleaning of railings.
•Clearing of litter bins, change waste bin bags

CLUBHOUSE  CLEANER
•Sweeping and mopping of clubhouse area, including management office, toilet, gym, multi-purpose room, security area, and surroundings.

COMPOUND/ FACILITY CLEANER
•Sweeping of surrounding areas, carpark, ramp, driveways, walkways,
•Sweeping and cleaning of BBQ Pit area, playground, outdoor fitness station, tennis court, and or basketball court.

REFUSE REMOVER
•Removing the rubbish bins from the bin chutes and transfer all to the bin center.
•Washing the bins and bin chute areas.
•Clearing of waste disposed at lobbies and bigger items that cannot be thrown in the bin chutes.

FLOATER/MULTI-SKILLED CLEANER
•Doing periodic works, glass cleaning, High-pressure water jet washing of carparks, surroundings, descaling of toilets, High dusting, and floor 
        scrubbing and polishing.
