Job Description

CARPARK/COMPOUND CLEANER
- Sweeping of surrounding areas, carpark, ramp, driveways, walkways,
- Sweeping and cleaning of BBQ Pit area, playground, outdoor fitness station, tennis court and or basketball court.
- Clearing of litter bins, change waste bin bags.

RESTROOM/OUTDOOR CLEANER
- Responsible for cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, restocking dispensers and mopping tile floors;
- Responsible for emptying and disposing trash, installing bin liners and trash bags;
- Sweeping and mopping of clubhouse area, including management office, toilet, gym, multi-purpose room and security area and surroundings.
