Cell Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

Lead design, development, and assembly of solid-state battery cells
Oversee materials prep, including solid electrolyte and electrode components
Conduct electrochemical testing and failure analysis
Optimize assembly processes for pouch and prismatic formats
Maintain detailed documentation and report key findings

Job Requirements

Have 2+ years of experience in cell manufacturing, assembly, or testing
Know your way around solid-state synthesis, electrochemistry, and materials science
Are familiar with pouch/prismatic formats and electrochemical testing tools
Communicate well and thrive in hands-on, multidisciplinary teams
Bonus: experience with FMEA, root cause analysis, or statistical tools
