Responsibilities: - Responsible for individual KPI - Attend to calls/emails enquires. - Perform call consultation and secure appointments with prospects. - Achieve monthly targets. - Engage and establish relationship with prospects from daily assigned pool of leads. - Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service during call and text with prospect. - Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly. - Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or the management.
Job Requirements
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales calls and closing. - Preferably with financial services (banking or insurance) call centre background. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools. - Working experience in Singapore market is highly desirable. - Availability to start immediately is preferred. - Chinese language fluency required in order to attend to Chinese clients. Work Schedule: - Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) - 5 days / week - Full Time permanent role with standard benefits.
