Job Description

Job Scope :

-To manage feedback received on alleged TCASA offences via specific hotlines and email addresses.
-Shall respond to the feedback and assign enforcement teams for follow up.
-On social media platforms and keywords provided by the Authority.
-Compile reports for review when peddlers have been identified for follow up.
-Able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers.

Job Requirements

2 Days Work , 2 Days off basis ( 10.00 AM to 10.00 PM  / 10.00PM-10.00AM ) ROTATING SHIFT
