Job Scope : - To manage feedback received on alleged TCASA offences via specific hotlines and email addresses. - Shall respond to the feedback and assign enforcement teams for follow up. - On social media platforms and keywords provided by the Authority. - Compile reports for review when peddlers have been identified for follow up.
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers. - Able to work rotating shift : 2 Days Work , 2 Days off basis ( 10am to 10pm/ 10pm to 10am) - Working Location : Jalan Bahar
