Business and Partnership Executive

Job Description

As a Business and Partnership Executive, you will be a key driver of
AiTreat’s growth. You will build and manage strategic partnerships, support
business development efforts, and help expand our presence in both
healthcare and wellness markets. This role involves working closely with the
leadership team to identify opportunities, manage partner relationships, and
contribute to the commercialization and international rollout of our AI-driven
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and manage strategic
partners across healthcare, wellness, and technology sectors to expand
AiTreat’s market reach.
2. Business Growth: Support business development initiatives, including
market research, lead generation, and proposal preparation.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
hospitals, clinics, research institutions, and corporate partners to support
collaborations and pilots.
4. Sales and Revenue Support: Collaborate with the sales team to drive
adoption of AiTreat products and services, including demonstrations and
presentations to clients and stakeholders.
5. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor partnership performance and prepare
reports to track outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
Market and Regulatory Support: Assist in understanding regulatory
requirements for international expansion and support compliance
processes in key markets.

Job Requirements

Preferably bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnership development, channel sales, or
business development roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship building
skills.
- Analytic thinker with problem solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a
team.
