BIM Modeller / Drafter

Job Description

Creation of 3D model content and ensuring model quality control.

· Comply modelling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes.
· Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines.
· Comply with BIM execution plan requirements for the project.
· Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings / BIM models.

Job Requirements

· Certificate from BCA BIM Modelling course or equivalent
· Degree / Diploma in Engineering
· Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and authority submissions
· Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & Naviswork Manage
· Experience in M&E, PSG or Fire systems design and prepare drawings
· Understanding of Local code requirements for Electrical Systems
· At least 2 years experiences in Singapore construction industry.
