Assistant Cook

Job Description

- work in a vegan and vegetarian friendly cafe
- food, dessert, drinks preparation and cooking 
- assist cook in organising kitchen workflow
- assist cook in planning and inventory management
- maintain kitchen cleanliness including washing, cleaning and mopping
- maintain good food hygiene, safety and quality
- perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Cook and/or Management
