Industry: Manicure & Pedicure Location: Office At Bright Hill (First 3 months training will be at Lentor) Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) Responsibilities: Sort closing sale / Update daily closing report Liaise with 4 outlets to support daily operations Generate reports (Daily sale, Commission, Sales payment NETS & PayNow, Monthly Levy, Company Quota) Maintain records of employee attendance, OT, leave, and MCs Update monthly leave forms Ensure accurate point redemption and earnings on Nailist App Track all gift vouchers (sold and redeemed) Handle appointment bookings via WhatsApp Assist with packing cushion covers, printing Daily Sales Control sheets, and preparing paper clips for shops Dispatch sales documents to the back office Oversee job advertisement on platforms such as MyCareersFuture and social media Interested candidates are invited to apply online. Job Requirements
