To prepare sales orders and invoices upon receipt of confirmed sales order. Check and verify accuracy of selling prices and percentage of discount so as to ensure that the goods are sold at the stipulated price and below cost. To liaise with Logistics Department for delivery to customer or to vessel when call at port. Assist in generating purchase requisitions. To follow up for receipt of parts and issuing of sales orders. Attend to customers’ enquiries by phone or counter sales when the sales personnel are not around. Proper filing of documents to ensure easy retrieval of documents / information. Liaise with Finance Department and the Sales team on the collection of payment and to follow-up on correspondence with principals and customers. Assist salesmen to enter e-quotation in customer’s website and registering CIMS records with Principals To liaise with customers and sales personnel to ensure correct delivery instructions. To assist the department to generate e-invoice to customer as and when required Ensure that the office equipment in your care is well maintained, secured and in good order. Comply with all ISO documentation requirements and ensure procedures are adhered to. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time. Requirement: Min GCE “N” Level or equivalent Min 3 years’ experience in similar capacity Good computer skills especially in MS Office Software Experience with SAP is highly preferred Possess good interpersonal & communication skills Meticulous and pay attention to details speaking customers and sales personnel to ensure correct delivery instructions.
