The Role: Handle order fulfillment activities Provide documentation for shipments Generate weekly order reports Oversee the daily office operations including reception, mails and office management Manage ordering for pantry and office supplies. Liaison with contractors regarding office cleaning/ stationary/corporate gifts etc Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned The Person: Possess min Diploma in Business Administration or related field Possess at least 5 years of relevant work experience in order processing role ideally in industrial products Experience using SAP system a plus Ability to handle and communicate with different stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office Good communication & interpersonal skills Able to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
