Achieve sales target through proactive source of new opportunities, including cold calling and networking
Identify potential clients and develop new accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide excellent customer support and resolve issues 
Coordinate & handle customer related issues (customer service, service recovery, business concerns & payment)
Work with internal teams to address operational issues and ensure a smooth and efficient sales process for our customers 
Generate sales quotations and sales report 
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
