Job Responsibilities:

• Guide passengers to designated vehicle stacking / holding areas upon arrival
• Assist in coordinating and managing vehicle stacking in assigned zones
• Safely park vehicles in designated parking spaces after initial stacking
• Retrieve and position vehicles for passenger collection upon cruise return
• Ensure smooth traffic flow during peak embarkation and disembarkation periods
• Conduct vehicle inspection upon receiving and prior to retrieval
• Record and report any existing damage or irregularities
• Take clear photos of vehicle condition for documentation and records
• Ensure proper handling and security of all entrusted vehicles at all times
• Provide basic customer assistance and directions when required
• Report incidents, damages, or irregularities immediately to supervisor

Requirements:

• Valid driving licence (Class 3 preferred)
• Responsible, alert, and careful with vehicle handling
• Able to work in fast-paced and high-traffic environment
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and cruise peak hours

Looking for Part-time Carpark Attendants @ Marina Bay Cruise Centre

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with advance parking reservation bookings. Training will be provided using our portal. 
• Manage traffic flow to ensure smooth operations within the car park.
• Address customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate parking lot.
• Assist at EPS if any issue, including taking down contact details, verifying payment slips, and confirming bookings.

• Lead/co-lead a team of technicians/general workers to upkeep quality service standards
• Plan job scheduling to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with clients on job execution
• Conduct assessments, address, follow through and resolve technical-related issues
• Keeping abreast and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
• Ensure proper documentation for record keeping
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently
• Troubleshooting, optimizing systems, and liaising with stakeholders to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessments and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in engineering projects
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant engineering tools
• Motivated, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related field is required
• Experience in engineering practices is preferred
