For hiring
- To co-ordinate with the operations department for manpower requisition.
- To plan and arrange for a recruitment drive.
- To handle recruitment - Placing job advertisements, attending to walk-in applicants, schedules for interviews from all area
- To complete the whole hiring process. To fill up job order forms for various agencies,
- To conduct outdoor recruitment.To manage and maintain social media account
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in the cleaning industry.
- Knowledge of MOM guidelines and Employment Acts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Able to work in fast pace environment.
- Able to multi-task with strong office administration skills.
