Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license

- NEA Pest Control License (Technician/Worker) good to have

- No experience required (training provided)

- N-levels Cert

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist nursing staff with administrative duties in the ward
  • Support patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes
  • Receive, check, and maintain patient documents and records with confidentiality
  • Update patient information in electronic systems and registers
  • Coordinate appointments, ambulance bookings, and dispatch services
  • Submit and manage patient meal requests and diet orders
  • Liaise with internal and external departments as required
  • Assist with billing, charge forms, and documentation submission
  • Support inventory control, requisitions, and asset management
  • Prepare admission packs and discharge folders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of nurse station and work areas
  • Update communication boards, nursing rosters, and visitor records
  • Perform dispatch duties when required
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by Ward ANM, NM, or AE

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in a healthcare or hospital environment
  • Experience in Patient Service

核心职责

1. 专业侍酒服务

  • 负责酒水的储存与恒温管理
  • 熟练进行开瓶、醒酒(Decanting)
  • 使用正确的酒杯进行专业服务
  • 确保整体酒水服务符合高端餐饮标准

2. 销售导向(提升客单价)

  • 根据客人用餐内容及口味偏好,提供专业餐酒搭配建议
  • 通过精准推荐提升整体消费体验与人均客单价
  • 能以轻松且专业的方式向客人讲述“酒的故事”

3. 前厅现场督导

  • 在非高峰侍酒时段协助前厅管理
  • 负责迎宾、点餐协助
  • 处理客诉及突发状况
  • 维持整体服务节奏与标准

4. 库存管理

  • 每日 / 每周进行酒水盘点
  • 控制损耗率
  • 负责与供应商对接及补货安排

5. 文书与行政工作

  • 编排员工值班表
  • 处理发票及基础行政事务

任职资格

  • 专业背景: 至少持有 WSET Level 2 证书
  • 实操经验: 1–3 年高级西餐厅、Bistro 或星级酒店大堂吧相关经验
  • 熟悉餐饮行业标准作业流程(SOP)
  • 形象与沟通能力: 形象端正,表达清晰,具备良好客户沟通能力
  • 语言能力: 基础英语能力(能够阅读英文酒标,并向外国客人进行简单介绍)
