Responsibilities:

  • Understanding job requirements and outlining job descriptions.
  • Candidate sourcing through online job portals, social media and applicant tracking systems.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Shortlisting and profiling candidates.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements and perform pre and post-interview briefings.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin is required for client's works.

Job Description:

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to enhance and strengthen the brand equity of our company. You will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our brand's presence, including content management, event activations, partnerships, and collaborations. Your efforts will contribute to building a positive brand image, increasing brand awareness, and ultimately driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Content Management:

  • Develop and execute content strategies across various platforms, including website, social media, blog, and other relevant channels.

Event Activations:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events that align with the brand's objectives and target audience.
  • Develop creative event concepts and activations to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant organizations, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with partners, coordinating joint marketing efforts, and leveraging shared resources for maximum impact.

Brand Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Conduct regular brand audits and market research to gain insights into consumer perceptions, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in brand management, content marketing, event planning, or related roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative ideas.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties which include filing, data entry and documentation.
  • Provide timely response to clients through phone call or Email.
  • Issuance of Cheque, Invoicing, Bank coordination.
  • Office maintenance (Computer, Printer, Stationary, etc)
  • Scanning and importing of submission and miscellaneous documents.
  • Preparation of quotation.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • Minimum A levels, Diploma / Degree holder.
  • Proficient in MS Office. (Excel, Word and Power-point)
  • Candidate with no experience is welcome to apply.
  • Candidate with an accounting background will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is essential. (Require to liaise with Chinese speaking clients.)

  • Provides the Director with a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support.
  • Handle all private and confidential matters and documentation of the company and Director.
  • Scheduling the company's internal/external conference meetings, travel itinerary and other activities.
  • Manage and update the company's website, virtual platforms and social media account if required.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Director.

  • At least a Diploma attained from government Polytechnics /Degree in any discipline.
