-sweep and mop of common corridor

-sweep & wipe of staircases and railing

-clean & wash trash bin

-disposal & washing bin chutes

-sweep all the dry leaves, remove litters & debris

-wiping of feature at the common corridor and lift lobby

-hight dusting cobweb

-Carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job
