Accounts Executive

Working Arrangement *9am-6pm （Mon-Fri)

Working Location *Changi Airfreight Centre, changi cargo 

Salary *3k-3.5k

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.

公司司机

工作内容：

Site Supervisor

Salary: SGD 3,500 – 6,500 (based on experience and certifications obtained)

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

- To maintain and monitor project deadlines as per the work schedule

- To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.

- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

- Site planning, coordination with workers, scheduling and support to Project Manager

- Regular monitoring of project progress and reporting to Project Manager

- Liaising with Main / sub-contractor and attending site meeting.

- Carry out site inspection

- Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.

- Resolve worksite issue effectively in order to keep work progress on track.

- Staying up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction.

- Any other ad hoc task from superior or management.

Requirements:

- Experience in civil, electrical, or utility construction (preferably power cable projects).

- MUST Have Project Safety Management Certification / General Safety Certification by Singapore Power Grid

- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, especially cable route and section drawings.

- Familiarity with SP Group, LTA, PUB, or similar regulatory requirements is an advantage.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Basic safety knowledge and willingness to follow WSH requirements.

- Certifications such as BCSS, WSQ Safety Supervisor, or Work at Height.

• Assist with stock handling, loading, and unloading when required
• Report damaged goods, shortages, or irregularities to supervisors

• Able to follow strict procedures and quality standards

• Physically fit and able to perform manual work

*Job Description

• Ensure all incoming documents are in place as per Purchase Order requirement upon supplier delivery.

• Ensure all incoming materials are free from damage and pest infestation.

• Ensure all raw materials, components and products are properly identified and kept in designated place.

• Ensure store facility is structurally intact to prevent deterioration or damage of products and secured from unauthorized access.

• Maintain uncluttered, clean and controlled store space to prevent potential mix-ups, cross contamination and pest infestation.

• Maintain clear segregation and designation of space for Receiving, Quarantine and Finished Goods.

• Perform First-In, First-Out (FIFO) in dispatching raw materials, components and products.

• Update all incoming and outgoing materials info in ERP system.

• Perform inventory cycle count, stock replenishment and picking according to works order.

• As and when assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement *

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year experience in logistic function.

• Knowledge in ERP system like Microsoft Navision is an added advantage

• Possess forklift license (if any).
